사용자는 예상보다 자주 Teams 앱을 재설치해요. IT가 업데이트를 배포하거나, 캐시가 지워지거나, 사용자가 문제를 해결하려고 재설치하죠. 그런 일이 생기면, [Conversation Start](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/authoring-system-topics?tabs=webApp#conversation-start)가 재설치 시에는 트리거되지 않기 때문에 사용자는 종종 빈 채팅 화면을 마주하게 돼요.
해결책은 에이전트가 [설치 업데이트 이벤트](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/authoring-triggers#:~:text=a%20specific%20event.-,An%20activity%20occurs,-Fires%20when%20an)를 감지하면 **Conversation Start**로 리디렉션하는 거예요.

## 전역 컨텍스트 변수 설정하기
컨텍스트 변수(사용자 언어, 국가, 부서 등)는 보통 **Conversation Start**에서 설정해요. 하지만 그것만으로는 모든 시나리오를 커버하지 못해요.

- **앞선 패턴에서 봤듯이 "Start Over" 이후, 심지어 비활성 이후에도 변수가 지워져요**

- 어댑티브 카드로 확인 절차 제공(실수로 인한 리셋 방지)
- 고급 문제 해결 옵션 제공(상태 지우기, 기록 지우기, 대화 ID)
- 진단 정보 표시(환경 ID, 에이전트 ID, 테넌트 ID, 대화 ID, 타임스탬프)
